1. Why are you running for office?
Throughout my career I have enjoyed public service. I feel that I bring balance, fairness and compromise.
2. What are your views about Hawaiian self-governance? In your capacity asa legislator, what action, if any, would you advocate in support of Hawaiian self- governance?
Let the respective Hawaiian groups come together in Ho‘oponopono for forgiveness practices that were performed in Hawaii.
3. When it comes to Native Hawaiian issues, what do you perceive your role asa legislator to be? What ways can you, if elected, support Native Hawaiianconcerns through your legislative abilities? If elected, describe specific NativeHawaiian bill ideas that you would be willing to propose or support for the advancement of Native Hawaiians.
Hearing and listening to all parties and groups and work towards a consensus building process. Understanding the history of the Hawaiian community. Pushing to reclassify agricultural, conservation, rural lands into urban classification. Creating jobs, but more importantly promoting and developing houses for our native population
